The product roadmap is anchored by generative AI agents purpose-built for EHS workflows, and the company is actively pursuing ISO 42001 AI-governance certification alongside existing SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 compliance programmes.

I partner with Product on OKR definition and decomposition, enforce WIP limits that protect engineering flow, and have driven a 25% uplift in cross-functional collaboration — sustaining 80% sprint-goal consistency across rapid-iteration cycles in a compliance-sensitive environment.

Partnered with the VP of Digital Hotel Operations and a dedicated Product Manager to deliver Life House’s SaaS suite for boutique and independent hotels. The flagship product was a revenue management dashboard powered by a dynamic AI pricing engine that optimised room rates in real time against demand signals, inventory levels, and marketing channel performance.

Led PI planning ceremonies, established a shared Definition of Done across three squads, introduced hybrid Agile practices to bridge product and operations workflows, and owned end-to-end risk and issue management throughout the delivery lifecycle.
