The product roadmap is anchored by generative AI agents purpose-built for EHS workflows, and the company is actively pursuing ISO 42001 AI-governance certification alongside existing SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 compliance programmes.
I partner with Product on OKR definition and decomposition, enforce WIP limits that protect engineering flow, and have driven a 25% uplift in cross-functional collaboration — sustaining 80% sprint-goal consistency across rapid-iteration cycles in a compliance-sensitive environment.
Partnered with the VP of Digital Hotel Operations and a dedicated Product Manager to deliver Life House’s SaaS suite for boutique and independent hotels. The flagship product was a revenue management dashboard powered by a dynamic AI pricing engine that optimised room rates in real time against demand signals, inventory levels, and marketing channel performance.
Led PI planning ceremonies, established a shared Definition of Done across three squads, introduced hybrid Agile practices to bridge product and operations workflows, and owned end-to-end risk and issue management throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Formed four brand-new Scrum teams from scratch to support a core business-process transformation in the bank’s trading operations. Coaching covered Product Owner fundamentals, engineering-team Agile adoption, and end-to-end Jira board engineering — custom queries, roadmaps, and sprint reports built to surface the right signal for each stakeholder tier.
Enforced acceptance-criteria and Definition-of-Done rigour across all squads, ensuring story-level quality kept pace with the velocity of changing trading processes. Maintained tight coordination between Product, engineering, and senior banking stakeholders throughout.
Partnered with the Product Owner on backlog prioritisation and sprint-level decision-making inside one of Canada’s largest insurance organisations. Built Scrum metrics suites and advanced Jira queries to surface backlog-health indicators and release-schedule risk. Owned QA performance dashboards that gave engineering leads early warning on quality trends before they became release blockers.
End-to-end Scrum delivery on a connected-hardware product line — IoT-enabled security door-lock systems requiring tight coordination between firmware, mobile, and cloud API teams. Built and maintained delivery dashboards, proactively removed impediments across UI and API automation testing tracks, and coached the Product Owner on backlog strategy for a complex hardware/software release cadence.
Scrum Master and Senior QA Engineer across two enterprise-SaaS portfolios: PTC’s Integrity ALM platform and the AGILEWORX Agile management solution (customers including Continental, Huawei, and Audi), and KRONOS’s airline crew planning and bidding systems. Built and maintained automated test suites using Java, Protractor, WebDriver, JUnit, and REST APIs across multiple simultaneous product streams.
